I rock my S9 glass with more crack than a low income neighborhood for a few months at a time. You will be fine

Real late to the game so not sure if you care or not, but I'd recommend getting a film protector, not tempered glass. Your phone, if it's a smartphone built within the last several years, likely already has some sort of tempered glass on it already. If you have a film protector, it won't crack or shatter like tempered ones, and is better imo because any drops absorb the bulk of the impact so the glass of the phone barely gets hit. Most have self healing properties where small knicks and cuts are actually filled so you won't notice them. Tempered glass ones tend to spider web after just one crack. Just a thought.

But yes, your phone is still protected even with a crack and even without a protector (if it has Gorilla Glass or something similar).
