Internet wont work as good with my old pc

So i built a new pc and my adapter is not working as good as it was with my old pc I have no idea why but whatever. I am wondering if someone can help me with this problem or give me some advice weather be a new adapter or new wifi or Ethernet the only problem with Ethernet is that my WAP is a little far away.

Windows 10, Msi gaming plus mobo, i7 8700k, msi 1660 ti, 32gb, 1T ssd, 1TB HDD< Running windows, 600w 80+ bronze raidmax cobra power, my ISP is AT&T

Ok, on your old system, what kind of speeds did you see through your ISP, and what are you getting now?
