Is there an M.2 to SATA adapter available for purchase

Currently in dilemma, planning to upgrade from Ryzen 7 1700 with B350 itx to Ryzen 7 3700x with x570 itx. TL;DR: Is there an M.2 to SATA adapter?

However the only decent itx motherboard atm is the ASUS ROG Strix x570 itx variant. But it has 2 fewer SATA ports than my current system needs.
There is an extra M.2 slot I don't need (There are two). I'm thinking of having an M.2 to SATA card if there exists any. Hoping that someone has used such a thing before.

I can't use my system without having at least 3 SATA ports. Running Raid 0 on 3 SSDs that contain 70% of all my programs. It'll be a huge hassle to restructure my storage system. Definitely will have to clone back and forth between spare HDD and buy new SSDs.
