Which motherboard should I buy

Hi, I am making a server out of an old x3470. I have found 2 motherboards. Which one should I choose?

The first option includes a heatsink and an IO shield

The second one is about 15 USD cheaper. But it is just the motherboard, no IO shield, no heatsink

Which one do you think is best?

More info:

The use will be for running a Minecraft server. It will be running 24/7 in a walk-in closet. I will be just nailing the motherboards to piece of wood to save money

If you have a compatible heatsink laying around then go for the cheaper one since an IO shield would only be needed when you're installing the board into a case of some sort but wooden plank mounting shouldn't be a concern whatsoever or if you don't have a heatsink available then go for the other one.
