PC will soft lock when playing OVERWATCH or CS:GO

Hello I honestly have no idea what is going on here.

To give a break down of specs

ASUS CROSSHAIR 6

SANDISK SSD 1TB

ASUS STRIX VEGA 64

1 TB WD BLACK (X2)

1 TB WWD GREEN

Windows 10 64 bit build 1803

So pretty much I've been getting a soft lock on a lot of my game will just lock up to where windows doesn't do anything and all i can do is move my mouse.  Does anyone have and Idea why?

I've rolled back the Vega drivers to a few updates back assuming those were unstable.

Specs:

Amd Ryzen 1700 OC to 3.78 ghz

32 GBs of DDR4

Asus Motherboard

NZXR H440 RAZER EDITIONS CASE

Asus Strix GTX 1080

Check your max temps in BIOS (what the maximum is allowed to be, not actual temps)
