Looking for new desk

Penguinonne

Hey guys, I am looking for a new desk and I am pretty particular about what I want, I want a corner desk that can fit at LEAST 3 monitors (30"-ish inches). I saw this desk called the R2 gaming desk, it has all the things I want and it looks really nice but I cannot find ONE review on it so I am skeptical (I will post link to it at the bottom). If anyone has recommendations of desks like it, it would really help me. Thanks!

That is a mind blowing shit ton of money for a desk.

Honestly, if you're super particular in what your desk is, build it yourself. If you don't have necessary tools, make plans and go to a big hardware store and ask them to cut the pieces for you. I guarantee you it will be significantly cheaper and you'll get exactly what you want.

700 dollars? for shelves, plus I'm sure some kind of QoL stuff, like easy cable management, is not THAT much. It's big too. And if it's good quality, perfecto. I'm honestly not sure though, I redid my room (paint, new desks from Ikea, etc.) and I think it was around 700.

On that topic, get some IKEA counter tops, and put some universal legs on. Sturdy.

They also offer desks already together, but they weren't big enough for me.

Nah though. Like a bucket of paint would cost about 40, and they could probably spend maybe 150-200 on MDF or Melamine. Plus another say 20-30$ for the store to cut the parts / screws and such.

I can't imagine spending more than 300$ on a desk. That's insane imo

I hear ya. I wouldn't spend more than 300 either. But I also would never build it lol. Not into that.

Just looked into that desk company, they have one that hides your monitor IN the desk when you aren't using it... THATS TIGHT
