Clicking "forgot password" just forces me to sign up for a new account

Clicking "forgot password" on this website just forces me to sign up for a new account rather than allowing me to retrieve my password.  So its clearly bugged.  Using Google Chrome as my web browser.

Works fine on Firefox. I did discover another bug while testing (and changing my pw).

Are you sure that you're entering the same email that you used when you created the account? If so, can you PM me the username and email of that account?
