I7-9700k Overclocking

Hi guys!
 

So i got myself a I7-9700k and went on to try my luck overclocking it. By the looks of things my chip can reach 4,9 GHz on all cores with a V-Core of 1,38 Volts while remaining stable.
Do you guys consider this voltage safe? Or do you think this will shorten the lifespan of the chip noticeably? I don´t really want to go lower on the overclock since i think its pretty pointless then. 
I could just stick with the standard 4,6 GHz boost on all cores then i.o. Temperaturewise it went up to 90°C. on 4,9 GHz in cinebench (on the standard 4,6 GHz its sitting at around 78-80° C. while stress-testing it.

1.38 is not too high. If your temps are in check, it's all good

@fasauceome thanks for your reply! At which point do you think it is too high if you want your chip to last for not just 2 years?

It's fine, though the silicon quality leaves much to be desired.

1.45 us trouble territory, anything below 1.4 has generally shown to be pretty good.

@fasauceome Ah well i see. And below the 1,4 Volts there isn´t really any lifespan shortening of the chip?

Not much, more voltage = less life but not drastically so at that level.
