  1. Oh sorry, totally forgot. I´m running stock settings since i kinda lost out on the silicon lottery. My CPU will only be stable at 5 GHz if i increase the voltage to 1,4V+, which i´m not really comfortable with.
  2. Thanks for your reply! How are such big fluctuations normal though? Could you elaborate it for me, so i understand?
  3. Hi guys, i´ve noticed that my i7-9700k is suffering from heavy usage - and therefore also temperature spikes when playing CS:GO. Most of the time the usage is hovering around 25-40% and the temperatures are also fine - sitting between 57-63° C. (I´m using the Noctua NH-D15 cooler). Sometimes the usage spikes up to 80 and sometimes even 95% while the temps are rising up to 82° C. Obviously my CPU-Cooler fans are ramping up heavily if that happens. I´ve noticed that this issue also depends on the map i´m playing. On some maps it happens quite often and on others just from time to tim
  4. No, there is no fan attached to the vibrating side panel. I have 1x 200mm in the front, 2x 200mm in the top, 1x 120mm in the rear and 1x 120mm in the bottom. There are no fans attached to the sides.
  5. Thanks for your reply! Sounds like a good idea. The problem is, that the noise isn´t always there. Sometimes there isn´t any vibration for hours. And sometimes it´s there the whole time. It also doesn´t seem to depend on the load / fan speed, since i´m getting the problem in idle aswell. I´m a bit worried whether i´ll be able to identify the fan, thats causing the problem that way. But i´ll try.. Thanks!
  6. Thanks for your reply! The 3 new NF-A20 are installed with anti vibration pads already (also without any screws - rubber only). Aside from that i have 1 small 120mm fan at the bottom and one exhaust fan in the back without such thing. Both Noctua fans aswell tho.. Do you really think thats the cause here?
  7. Hi guys, i´ve noticed that my CM ATCS 840 gets noisy from time to time. It seems like the noise is coming from the left side panel vibrating (when i touch it/hold it in place, the noise stops). I´ve made sure that it´s sitting in place properly already. Do you have any suggestions/ideas how i could fix this issue and stop the side panel from vibrating? Other than that i managed to get the case pretty silent with 3 new 200mm Noctua fans, so this vibration stuff is really killing it for me right now.. Thanks in advance!
  8. Your best bet would be either RX 5700 or RX 5700 XT depending on how much exactly you´re willing to pay
  9. Noctua NH-D15 or BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4 are my recommendations for good air cooling
  10. Not neccessarily at the moment but if i go with a 2080ti equivalent in future i would probably push a 550W PSU really hard. Also (as far as i´m informed - correct me if i´m wrong) a PSU with higher Wattage will be cooler, quieter and more efficient, since it doesn´t run under full load at any time, right?
  11. Yes, bitfenix is available for me in Germany. Didn´t really hear much about that brand though. Gonna consider it aswell! Thanks
  12. Thanks for your recommendation! I´m gonna look into it. Probably gonna go with a bit more wattage tho
  13. Yeah thats about right. I´ve spent about 1450€ which is just shy of 1600 US $. I haven´t really looked into this topic thusfar so suggestions/recommendations are verly welcome I should note that noise level is really important to me when choosing pc parts. Maybe you got something for my needs?
