60 fps is smooth. 60 fps with frequent drops to 20, 30, 40 fps isn't. It's the stuttering that will kill you with that rig, and with a G3250 and 4GB of RAM, that's unavoidable. I would highly recommend snagging at least an i5-4460 and another 4GB of RAM before you even think about going to a GTX 1060.

Will gtx 1060 3gb bottleneck my pc more than 30fps?I want to get 1080p medium 60fps.

I think the pentium will be your bottleneck. Or ram need the amount and technology

What causes a bottleneck is the weakest link in the system, so technically a GTX 1060 3GB would never bottleneck your PC as is but the weak G3250 and only 4GB of slow RAM will.

You can  technically get away with using that Pentium and 1060 together, but your goal should be to upgrade to an i7 4770 as soon as possible

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

If you're looking at buying a 1060 3GB to bring your system up a bit, maybe look into a Ryzen 5 2400G upgrade instead?  The whole thing needs an upgrade.

1060 is a still very competent GPU. You'll be okay even with the 3GB version as long as your requirements aren't up there for the budget you have.

Minecraft / Fortnite is not very demanding and at 1080p low I'd say he will get that 120FPS but not with that pentium.

60 fps is smooth. 60 fps with frequent drops to 20, 30, 40 fps isn't. It's the stuttering that will kill you with that rig, and with a G3250 and 4GB of RAM, that's unavoidable. I would highly recommend snagging at least an i5-4460 and another 4GB of RAM before you even think about going to a GTX 1060.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
