As a gaming PC, not much. Dual-socket systems have some real limitations in gaming.

Stripped down for parts:

Z8PE-D12 w/two X5670s: $175 (could go for more or less--prices on the board are all over the place, CPUs are worth about $20 each)

212 EVOs: $30 total? Maybe? I've sold used 212 EVOs at that price, so if you have all the parts for all supported sockets, $15 seems right.

PSU: $60

HDD: $20

RAM: $40 (ECC carries very little value)

Case: $70 (cases don't hold value well)

OS: no value

GPU: $60

Sound card: $60

So in terms of parts, you're looking at around $500. If I were buying it as a complete system, well, I wouldn't. I have no use for a dual-socket system, and like I said above, those have very serious limitations as gaming rigs, especially with old hardware. If I had no choice but to buy it...maybe $250 would be my offer? Sorry, it's a very niche system and unless you're less than honest about its capabilities and future potential, you're going to struggle to sell it for anything near what it's worth in parts.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Thanks for lighting me up. I keep in mind.

What I do is that I check websites like eBay, for example, and look for the pieces I'm selling, I'm sure you are not the only one that sells a computer with an Intel Xeon X5670! And then I can get a clearer idea of what the current value of the computer would be...
