How can I increase my bandwidth?

So a family member of mine is hosting a large party, and only has around 15-25 Mb/s of wifi speed. There's going to be at least 10 people simultaneously connected to the wifi, so are there any ways I could increase the bandwidth JUST for this party?. Anything 50 dollars or less would be good.

Not unless you call your ISP

You can up your LAN speed potentially in that price range with some decent gear, but WAN speed (internet) you'll need to talk to your ISP.  

 

Depending on the hardware he has, he may be able to subscribe to a higher bandwidth tier for a billing cycle, and then drop back down.. but that may impact other billing factors.  

  

Stick to truly LAN games and the internet bandwidth won't be a factor.
