Good motherboard for 9900KF?

I am in the process of picking out the parts for a pc for a friend of mine. He is convinced that intel is still "state of the art" . It's what he wants so whatever. Whats a good motherboard can support all core OCof 5GHz and what is a good cooler for the 9900KF?

Bolivia.

One of the Gigabyte Z390 Aorus boards. Aorus Ultra is a safe bet but any of Elite/Pro/Ultra/Master have good VRM designs.

Sometimes its preference, or he has specific needs for an Intel system for an application that he uses for example pretty much the whole Adobe CC Suite. So lets not go into this Intel vs AMD war. Gigabyte make some of the best boards for the Z390 platform.. Yes Asus ROG boards may be slightly better, but they cost nearly twice as much as Gigabyte Aorus boards.

Consider the Gigabyte Aorus series boards for Z390, Aorus Master, Aorus Ultra, Aorus Elite, Aorus Pro.

Cooler wise, either the Noctua NH-D15, Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4, Corsair H100i RGB Pro (or any larger corsair rads), Any good AIO with at least 240mm rad.

OK so we saw some reviews of the z390 Aorus and he decided he will take the Gigabyte - Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI ATX LGA1151 Motherboard with a Corsair - H100i PRO 75 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler. I showed him the new ryzen benches and the new radeon cards. HA! hes torn now because of the price/performance for ryzen and is having second thoughts. He likes the image sharpening on the radeon cards and we ended up with 2 builds.
