can't you find a better psu that has at least one pci 6pin connector? this way you could grab a 260x or a hd7770

My 6570 would be great for a HTPC. Uses 65 watts, tops, I think. All PCI-E power.

U can get 7770 for such a great price if u can buy a budget psu like corsair builder series....cx500 or cx600,, but as u asked...go for Asus 6670 or 7750....

and there is a 2gb ddr3 version also but i would say go for 1 gb ddr5 as it has higher memory clock so u will be getting more fps as compared to ddr3 versions..

All pci-e power is 75W mate... :) still 10W remaining for HTPC...

Hmm. Didn't know that. I didn't mean it took all the PCI-E power though. :P

I would REALLY recommend a better PSU, but if you can't do that, get a 7750, or if you can find one, a 7770.

you should pick up a Radeon 7770, it a pretty powerful card for its size, requires no external power, and can play most games at medium-high at 1080p.
