Hard drive formatting and ssd

Hi there
Just finished (or atleast sort of )building my pc
Only issue right now is that i want to make my hdd of 4TB my main drive(everything goes there)

and ssd just as OS and some other stuff that i might add

Need help figuring out how to do that
but first i need to format it?

you have to install the os to ssd, then select the ssd as a boot drive in the bios.
