When in doubt read the manual, but that appears to be the connector for the pump, there should be another header on the motherboard that says AIO or PUMP.

As mentioned - RTFM.

It's the tach for the pump; plug it into your CPU header but depending on how many poles the pump motor has, don't expect any sort of accurate reading via the BIOS/UEFI.

 

Unless you explicitly go into the BIOS/UEFI and disable reading for the CPU header, your PC will warn that the CPU fan has failed. Plugging this cable in will prevent the PC from complaining.
