New computer performing wose then my old one

Ok I don't know where would be a good place it put this so I guess General Discussion would be fine

I had my old rig for around 3 years was

a few months ago I got new rig

In benchmarks my new rig destroys my old one like it should but in games eg CSGO it runs much worse and I have no idea why. I tried updating drivers I tried dismantling my computer and reseating everything (If that even does anything) tided running programs that optimize games (It did nothing to help the problem). even more strange when I use my computer for blender work it still runs worse then my old one. I have no idea what could cause this if anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

Whenever you do a new build it's best to fresh install Windows 10 most of the time Windows will have issues if you just swap the drive from an old computer to a new one. Also Ryzen doesn't like slow ram anything less than 3000mhz can hinder the CPU. I would do a fresh install of Windows and if that doesn't work get a faster kit of memory.

Main Desktop: CPU - i9-14900k | Mobo - Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Elite AX DDR4 | GPU - ASUS TUF Gaming OC RTX 4090 RAM - Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 64GB 3600mhz | AIO - H150i Pro XT | PSU - Corsair RM1000X | Case - Phanteks P500A Digital - White | Storage - Samsung 970 Pro M.2 NVME SSD 512GB / Sabrent Rocket 1TB Nvme / Samsung 860 Evo Pro 500GB / Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2tb Nvme / Samsung 870 QVO 4TB  |

TV Streaming PC: Intel Nuc CPU - i7 8th Gen | RAM - 16GB DDR4 2666mhz | Storage - 256GB WD Black M.2 NVME SSD |

Phone: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 - Phantom Black 512GB |

ya there csn still be old drivers messing with your new components or you just need to try a different game. cs go has always heavily favor intel and cs go is not going to utilze all of the cores that the Ryzen 7 has

ok that sounds normal do you have any games like gta 5 or minecraft

that may be the reason

it may not boost the cpu to its rated speeds also make sure widows is set to high performance
