What would be the best litecoin mining set up that someone could create for $300, that will bring in profit, and could be upgraded in the future if need be. ?

what are your opinions?

There are some litecoin asics, but the usb ones would never make a profit. They are 99 USD for a 60 Kh/s stick. Honestly you should just buy the litecoins if you want to get into them.

The amount of power a low end $500 system would use likely outweighs any profit you'd see.

THIS is the build I plan on. No real need for a fancy case, if you want one, just get some cheapy that can hold a 270.

I also reccomend Dogecoin, because it has beaten all expected prices, and consistently been the most profitable.  Try this to guess how long your ROI will be, and remeber that it could drastically go up or down in price at ANY time. Expect about 400-450 kh/s depending on how you push that card.

they are not released, and, I doubtful they can get the hash they say they can, as for block erupters, I was not able to find anything on them, anyways to do that on a usb stick would be moot, it wouldnt get enough hash to matter.
