What fan should I replace my AIO one with?

So, I recently got a Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L RGB AIO cooler, and the fan that came with the radiator was absolutely horrible (in terms of loudness and sound), it literally sounded like a whale at many times. So, for the time being, I have just replaced that fan with the rear case fan that was included with my case (Masterbox 5 lite RGB). The sound definitely improved using that fan, however I am looking for a RGB replacement, since the included rear fan was infact *not* RGB (kinda odd that they cheaped out on that in a *RGB* case, huh?). Anyways, if anyone could suggest me a good replacement that is RGB (not ARGB), and is also *QUIET*, that would be great.

The best quiet fans dont tend to have RGB as its 'gimmick' and not something that affects pure performance.

Noctua NF-A12x25 for example is pritty much the best, its dam near silent at 1000RPM, and barely audible even at 1700rpm, but its not RGB.

VDU: Panasonic 42" Plasma | GPU: Gigabyte 1080ti Gaming OC & Barrow Block (RIP)...GTX 980ti | Sound: Asus Xonar D2X - Z5500 -FiiO X3K DAP/DAC - ATH-M50S | Case: Phantek Enthoo Primo White |

Would this also be a good replacement? https://www.newegg.com/noctua-nf-f12-pwm-case-fan/p/N82E16835608026?Description=noctua fan&cm_re=noctua_fan-_-35-608-026-_-Product

Aye thats a fine choice, the NF-A12x25 is the newer vairent however and is noticble quiter at higher RPM's, so if u can get one i would still advise that over the NF-F12, but none the less the NF-F12 is one of the best fans out aswell.
