Which Thermal is best for gaming laptop

I want to replace my laptop's thermal paste as the current stock paste is trash

I have been searching for a good thermal paste but idk which one to go to

I can spend upto 50$ for the thermal paste as this laptop is my main workstation/gaming-station.

Any suggestions?

The most expensive paste is only about $15 or 20

I personally use Kryonaut on my Lenovo Y530, instant -10oC difference from stock paste

Kryonaut is the best paste. I've seen people use liquid metal on laptops with even better results.
