Page 1-10 (19 of 30) in the manual : https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/TUF_B450M-PLUS_GAMING/E14220_TUF_B450-PLUS_GAMING_UM_WEB_060418.pdf

Not sure if it's the same motherboard manual but it doesn't matter, look on the circuit board at the slots that have * .

Use the other pair of slots (center picture)

And read your manuals...

and manage your cables better... use a tiny piece of wire or a zip tie to shorten the cable of that fan on the case so it doesn't touch the video card or just sits there on the motherboard.

Maybe move the fan cable from between sata and 24pin to some other header on the motherboard.

The voltage should default to 1.35V, for the timings I hope you have lots of time as it might take a lot of trial and error.

Just enable XMP and save and exit the BIOS. The system should set the RAM to 3000MHz, which in monitoring programs (such as CPU-Z, AIDA64, etc.) will show up at ~1500MHz. You shouldn't have to touch memory clocks, voltage or timings.

No, you can just load the profile with the settings preset after enabling DOCP.
