The CPU is very cold, would you recomend me to turn down the fan speed and just let the AIO work with a higher temp? because the noise is driving me crazy

Water temps doesnt matter.......

 

CPU temps does. Water temps are irrelevant in comparison to CPU temps

in other words. another reason not to get an AIO. 

 

also, a good AIO should be built to avoid that.

Lots of watercooling pumps are only rated up to 60°C, in other words, another reason not to get watercooling :D
