How do you game gamer?

What is your preference in utilizing these two styles of gaming control?

First Person shooting with a FPS Grip Mouse ( Like Zalman Fg100 ) or First Person shooting with a MOBA/MMO mouse ( like Corsair Scimitar )

Moba Magic shooting with a FPS Grip Mouse using prog. buttons (again Like Zalman Fg100 ) or Moba shooting with a MOBA/MMO mouse ( like Corsair Scimitar )

Yeah but ever use a sniper rifle and shoot someone clear across the map in zoom? You will notice that one little move can off sight your target greatly even if trying for micro adjustments with skill. Amazon basic mouse does not have a High DPI like these two gaming tools.

I personally hate mmo mice, with all the stupid buttons. I had the Scimitar and I was always pushing the buttons accidentally and it make the mouse feel weird, I hated using it because I was worrying about hitting the stupid buttons all the time. I have since then used the Corsair Glaive for a few years and it's my go to, you don't really need anything fancy, for me I can use any type of standard mouse and not notice a difference unless the DPI is off.

So i see some issues.

Complex button styles creating accidental clicking or complex button styles not good feel( sketchy/difficult access to prog.buttons on the fly )

is sticking to a simple mouse while utilizing keyboard the best method? I find using a keyboard for actions/skills in game hard to utilize due to always using the WASD to move around. So if i need to use 1 2 3 4 i accidentally click q or e or another button. Using 2-4 buttons on a mouse is much easier while minimizing accidental play.

Having a complex mmo/moba mouse (like 12 button) has almost the same play fouls as a standard mouse and keyboard.

Note:

The software XMouseButton control allows the most basic mouse (Amazon basic) to have prog. buttons in this style:

Scroll up: 1

Scroll down: 2

Center mouse click: 3

Or any other setup along with saving multiple profiles for different games.

Noticed you made another topic for this specifically, please don't do that we can keep this going in here, a mod will be by to either lock this thread or the other one. If you want to ask a different question than that's fine but making another post that's an exact copy of what you just posted here isn't necessary.

The Roccat Leadr is one of the best MMO mouse, it's wireless but heavy, and the price also heavy..

DPI has nothing to do with sensor quality. Check out RocketJumpNinja for proper mouse reviews

That's an F in the profile pic
