How to update bios OLD SAMSUNG Motherboard?

Guys, 

Does anyone know how to update old Samsung motherboard bios? (Zeus 60 r1 05g)

Check if there is a BIOS update utility in the BIOS, if there is just grab the latest BIOS from Samsungs site for the board, stick it on a USB drive and run it.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
