.SWF Program?

Wasn't there suppose to be a program from Adobe where it can play and read swf files like flash games?

Flash?
Otherwise, can't Chrome still play .swf files, granted you have Flash not disabled for some reason.

Then play it. Some image viewers can do that probably. Install some old browser like Opera12 to play flash. Try to find some standalone flash player. I bet that there is many options.

 

And remember that swf is only extension, make sure it's really flash file.
