Backing up Raid 0, removing old SSD's, new SSD's in and transferring data back.

I will be upgrading my SSD's tomorrow but just wondering about the data transfer back and forth procedure with the OS being on the drive. Just after someone experienced to explain the upgrade/replace process in a nutshell please, before i go hoofing in.

I really need to finish my "Brink's useful software tools" post so I can put it in my signature.

Minitool lets you clone the drive completely to another drive (Including OS drives, but it requires a restart). What I would do is clone both old drives individually to both new drives, then move sata ports so new drive 1 is where old drive 1 was plugged in, new drive 2 where old 2 etc etc.

Should i clone them to my HDD before attempting the transfer of data between the old SSDs and new?

Would i need to set the 2 new SSDs up it raid in the BIOS first or is the cloning procedure pulling a fast one on the PC?

all worked a treat, also used it to take re-appropriate the old SSD into a fancy raid array for games, so running 2 raid 0's. Thanks!
