Depends what cooler you're using, I think the stock AMD cooler doesn't really obstruct anything.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600  Heatsink: ID-Cooling Frostflow X GPU: Zotac GTX 1060 Mini 6GB RAM: KLEVV Bolt 3600Mhz (2x8GB) Mobo: ASUS B550-F ROG Strix (Wifi)  Case: Fractal Design Meshify C PSU: Deepcool DQ-M-V2L

Ya...? Memory from name brands like Kingston Crucial Team_Group Galax Gskill are all the same apart from RGB stuff and heatspreaders.

That only depends on air coolers. All hold 40mm tall sticks no problem, 40-45mm sticks start needing research on heatsink height and will need the front fan raised upwards, while more than that is basically either raising the fan even further or going water cooling.

LPX is good and is standard profile which most coolers are designed with it in mind. It won't interfere with most coolers.

There isn't any particular required speed for ram other than it being compatible with your motherboard. Faster ram (higher clocks and lower latency) is better but is generally not a big contributing factor to performance outside of some specific tasks. What are you using the system for and how much ram were you planning to get?
