Questions about Quick/Fast Charging

Hello, so I've got an iPhone 8 Plus and I'm looking to get a wireless charging stand for my desk. I'm rather short on power outlets, but I do have a USB-C Dock for my PC which has a front facing Fast Charge USB port which supports Battery Charging Specification Revision 1.2 (BC 1.2).

I don't really care about the quick charge speed (this dock does not even officially support my phone with quick charging). I just want the wireless capability and am fine with the 5W charging. However the dock wants at minimum 5V-2A.

 

My question is, does the BC 1.2 USB port on my dock satisfy this power requirement?
