What fan headers to use?

So I want to get an extra 3 fans for my dad's pc build. One is included with the Thermaltake Versa H17 case (for exhaust) and there are many more mounts for 120mm fans. The motherboard I'm getting is the AsRock B450M Pro4 and it has one CPU_FAN header, 3 chassis fan headers (or water pump), and one CPU/WP Fan Header. I'm gonna  use the CPU_FAN for Wraith Stealth Cooler, and the 3 chassis fan headers for my fans. The only problem is that I am planning to have 4 case fans and there are only 3 chassis fan headers. Can I use the CPU/WP Fan Header as a chassis fan header?

Yes it will work, however it will probably run at full speed all the time unless you have some fan control in the UEFI for that fan header.

What @Daniel Z. posted would be overkill, but it's very reasonably priced overkill.  You really only need a fan splitter cable.
