gpu recommendations

hi all im slowly building my new pc well newish anyways,and im on the fence as to what gpu i should go for,i currently have a 980ti and it runs great but i want something new to put in the new case and new mobo etc etc,im not looking for the latest and greatest just something equal to or maybe a bit better than what i have, would a vega 64 be an improvement? or radeon 7? id rather not spend 700 dollars on a new card so ill prolly go the used route,i found a titan x for 450 so thats an option also,any advice would be great thanks.

Yes, but so is the Vega 56, and that can be OC'd to be on par with the 64 for a good bit cheaper.

hmm i didnt know that good info thanks,but would the titan x be a good deal for 450?

Yes. The Pascal Titan X is ~30% more powerful than the Vega 56.

 

The Maxwell Titan X is slower.
