Does anyone know if I can buy a water cooling pad for a laptop?

No because laptops are cooled by air flowing through them on the inside not by putting something cold on the bottom of the chassis.

Not worth it, Never has been and never will be :) Keep it from being blocked from the airvents, otherwise its GG and keep the room cool. 

 

Throwing a laptop in a tub of ice water would cool it, but it wont work again if its on :)
