What is my Weakest Link?

I'm probably going to upgrade my current set-up this summer, so I want to know what I should upgrade.

 

CPU:  Intel i5 3570K

GPU: Dual Radeon 6870's (Crossfire)

Mobo: ASRock z77 Pro3

RAM: 8GB of Mushkin Blackline

PSU:  650W TX Corsair

Monitor: Some random 60Hz Acer + Old VGA Dell (1280x1024p)

HD: 1TB WD Blue

Case: Cooler Master Elite 431

 

I don't really need recommendations for parts, more so of what is bottlenecking my computer the most.  I can't really run any of the current games at maxed settings, like I could two years ago.

Definitely the GPUs. I'd also get a 1080p monitor.

Your storage drive is your bottleneck followed by your graphics card and arguably your display.

Get a ssd. If you have more money to spare, spend it on a new graphics card + IPS panel.
