My Motherboard can support 2133 BUS SPEED of a Ram but I want to upgrade it to 16gb, and can a 2400 mhz ram can work?

Yes, even if it didn't you could always run that 2400mhz ram at 2133mhz speed. So no problem here.

That's the stock frequency with anything above it considered "overclocking" but usually that involves just enabling the XMP or DOCP if your board supports it. Otherwise, it will run at the highest supported frequency of 2133Mhz

get a 3000mhz kit if you are thinking of swapping mobo and CPU in the future. 

 

its a small cost increase while making it a whole lot better for reselling and re-use in the future.
