Posted June 1, 2019 I bought a new keyboard today and it was not working when I plugged it in. So searching through the internet someone recommended to uninstall usb drivers from Device Manager and then restart. I did that exactly, but now my mouse and keyboard aren't working. So I can't log into windows all the ports on the PC do not work either. I'm using the my previous keyboard since the new one is not working yet.
