unless you have a specific laptop that can has desktop cpu's inside, you cannot upgrade the cpu or gpu. there are only like 15 different models in the world that can do it. yours is not one of those.

the only thing you can upgrade is: ram, storage, wifi.

can i change my mother board then?

Not really. Most laptops if not all have custom sizes, so it's almost impossible to find a different motherboard for your laptop.

You can't change the parts of a laptop, unless you have some Alienware crap or whatever. Your better off building a PC (These forums can help you with that), or if you have to stick to the Laptop idea, upgrade the laptop to a mid-range gaming laptop. My reccomendation is the Acer Helios Tritan RTX 2060 version.

I lurk

HP Spectre x360 13t late 2019
Core i5 1035g4
8gb ram
256GB NVME SSD
HP 24mh FHD Monitor

OnePlus 5
Jabra evolve 75
Razer Blackwidow Lite

Steelseries Rival 3
