B450 Steel Legend vs Tomahawk?

Steel Legend - 112Eur
Tomahawk - 99Eur

I terms of aesthetics i would go for Steel Legend + it has better audio which is also important for me ( mby it would replace my AMP which would add extra budget for other parts ).
But what about overclocking n stability, is the Steel Legend terrible for that? ( tbh not sure if i will need to overclock that much, because its gonna be so big performance improvement jump from i5-2320 so pretty sure i will be happy with stock clocks or default boost ).

I would say Tomahawk with a sound card or just manually adjust it.

tomahawk edges out on the steel legend, but it certainly can do pretty well, I'd trust a 2700x with it if you don't need to squize everything out of it

 

can't say much about how well it'll handle 3000 series tho
