Posted May 25, 2019 Hello, I encountered an issue when I tried to get HP smart app for my printer. The Microsoft Store app won't let me download. It gave an error saying that there are no devices to install on. I looked up some solutions online and couldn't really get a definite answer. One post recommended to edit something in "Services" but when I tried to open services, I was blocked by Admin. I don't really know how that can happen since I am Admin and the only user on this PC. I checked user settings and it still says that I'm Administrator, but the message still pops up for some programs. I've tried turning off UAC, but the pop up still goes up when I try to open Services. I tried net user administrator to go and use the built in admin, but it can't do anything to change my actual user since it's already saying that it is admin. Posted May 25, 2019 I've only encountered this when trying to uninstall Netflix from an old HP. It wasn't my machine so I didn't really care, but if @Skiiwee29 solution works then I'll go back and try again.
