I went this route for a cheaper fitbit tracker and mine was in the same price range as this smart watch. It seems to have a lot of pros going for it and most 1 star reviews seem to be people who found one little nick picky thing they didn't like about it. (like someone was "advertised as standalone phone but only works with Bluetooth" but probly forgot to read you need a simcard to do that).  I'm just not 100% sure about wear os compatability.

If you're looking for a budget smartwatch. He's revieweing all the cheap ones from various sources. I frankly wouldn't expect any to go as cheap as you want it from well known brands.

Moto 360 gen 2 could be a good option, it doesn't have an OLED display though. It's Wear OS 2.0 supported, you should be able to find it for cheap.
