SSD Boot Time Speed SATA 2 vs SATA 3

Which will give me a better boot up time? 

 

SATA 2 has a max of 300MB/s and SATA 3 is 600MB/s

 

Would that matter? What factors affect boot up times?

 

I only have two SATA 3 ports (I'm intending to plug in two SSDs for better video editing efficiency) then four SATA 2 ports, planning to plug my OS drive here.

Should be almost if not completely the same.

Thank you! I'll plug it in the SATA 2 now. Was worried it would give me slower speeds.
