2080TI dual screen performance issues

Hello, I have a 2080TI with a dual screen setup 240Hz + 60hz. For some reason whenever I have any video playing or streaming on the 60hz screen, my main gaming screen during gaming (full screen / bordlerless) will get hit with this really weird input lag (feels like 60hz) randomly even at high frame rates (240fps) Also i realized that I will also get performance drops, without any youtube videos I can run the game at 240FPS stable just fine but with any videos the game will drop down to 190-200 at random times. Is this normal? If not how can I fix this, thanks in advance everybody.

Perhaps use full screen non borderless, then alt tab to play your video, works fairly well for me

Stop watching YT while gaming?  Chrome and YT use too much in the way of resources for what they "should" just be doing.
