You could press printscreen, or better yet; Windows+shift+s, the better Windows snipping tool IMO.

Maybe that works for you

Press print screen on the keyboard and then paste it in paint.

 

If you're using vlc as your media player you can just right click the video and select "take screenshot" and it will save it as an image in your pictures folder.
