Computer randomly turns off and on again, says it's a power surge?

So my computer randomly turns off and on again. And this has happened twice this evening now (first times its has happened ever), and i'm quite scared. It gets turned of and then I get to a screen which says that some ASUS software turned it off to prevent my PSU from damaging my components by power surging. What is going on? Any help will be much appreciated. 

 

P.S. PSU = AX760

Ok i shall try. But I'm quite a noob at this. Do I look for something called PSU in The BIOS?
