Get a Seasonic 550w psu, it will be more than sufficient, and get a proper case for the love of gabeN...
Remember Dust build up is a big issue and affects longevity of the components.

I don't think so. probably if it's a platinum one yes, if not, a 750w will be the best choice :)

i have seen 80+bronze PSU support crossfire for 280x but the setup was intel. AMD take more power but still it's a possibility no?

no i mean that intel cpus handle games like Gw2 better due to their single core performance.

He never mentioned anything about CF so a seasonic 550w is the best option in my mind.

Seconded on going Intel if GW2 is your main game - you're gonna want better single core performance. But your framerate's still going to dip during the heavy bits. I run everything on ultra with my i5-4670k and GTX 780, but around the Mystic Forge in Lion's Arch my framerate dips to ~30 with all the people around there. And when zergs collide in WvW, I'll probably get around ~15 if I'm in the thick of the fight.

Do you already have ram? You didn't add any in.

And just some general thoughts.

Get a 8320 over 8350, if the 4670 does make a bigger difference in gw2, it may come turn into a choice between cpu or gpu.

Get a different case like the nzxt source 210 or antec one.

Seagate barricuda over wd green

Like @lilc mentioned, there wasn't any RAM in the original post, so that made things a little tricky with cost. I probably went slightly higher than the cost of the build that was initially mentioned, but it's a bit tougher with Intel when it comes to price...

EDIT: (Changed the build)

Yeah, I think that looks pretty good. Without a link to check the case myself, maybe just double-check that the CPU cooler and GPU will fit, and I think you'd be good.

Guild Wars 2 doesn't take that much power to run. I'd suggest taking the extra money and investing it into a ssd.
