i5 8600k vs i5 9400f vs ryzen 5 2600 vs ryzen 7 2700 vs i7 8700k for premier pro

hi, i m going to build a pc for video editing in adobe premiere pro and doing little bit of after effect, gaming is not my priority and i will be not doing that(except for some time) i have narrow down some parts for my build  but stuck with processor as a result motherboard and gpu is also not fixed(because  i have a fix budget and according to that i have to manage thees parts) my build other than these three part is

ram=====corsair 2400mhz 16x2==32gb

storage==== a)segeate 1tb

                        b) crusial bxm500 240gb

psu==========vs550

in starting i m going with ryzen 5 2600 and 10606gb but after that i came to know that there is very much less requirement of gpu other than exporting(which in my case is not that much imp because i m wedding videographer and hence delay of 1 hr is ok for me but not much ) and also premier pro is optimised for intel cpu's. after that i again do some research and found these one

 with each cpu price i hooked up a gpu which does not break my budget

i5 9400f is the cheapest processor and i7 8700k is the most expensive.

here are the configration that i can do acccording to my budget

i5 9400f + 1660 oc 6gb

ryzen 5 2600 + 1060 gb

i5 8600k + 1050 ti+ good cooler/ 1650 +normal cooler

ryzen 2 2700 + 1050 ti

i7 8700k + no gpu(no cash left).

"i m getting motherboard of all these at the same price"

also i m getting ryzen 7 1700 on price of ryzen 5 2600 and

                            ryzen 5 1600 on price of i5 9400f

please consider this also and help me out

which is the best configuration for premier pro and also for future proof

Where do you live, whats the currency, total budget for the build, do you need peripherals?

These are the real important questions.

Go with the 9400f and 1660, the 1660 should help a lot in premiere.

Yes it will render faster.  Wtf 9400t doesn't like a good model lol.  You a sh*t tload of CPU's up top.  THe 1660Ti is perfect with a 9400t.  However I would suggest go with a 9700k but if you need cash for video card as well then grab the Ryzen 5 3600 + 1060.  Youll save money instead of going intel on cpu and what not.

Go with something with the Intel graphics. It can be leveraged in rendering. If you can wait for the upcoming 9600 (non K) that would be ideal for your current budget. I'd personally go with the 8700 or 8700k and upgrade to a modest GPU down the road. That's the better long term play IMO.

A 9400F and 1660 would render much faster.

I'm not an expert on premiere pro but I'm pretty sure the IGPU can be leveraged along with another GPU.  The 9600 is considerably faster CPU. Combined with a 1660ti it would not only be faster but also would benefit from the IGPU as I understand it. Sounds like he's on a tight budget though so I'm not sure if this works. A used 1070 is a better buy than a 1660ti anyway. Used 8700 and 1070 would hammer both for the same price as 9400f and 1660ti. At least for the used prices where I live it would.

not only render i want a better experience in premier pro like smother playback, smooth scrubbing in timeline and as i m working in wedding videography the output will be around 1-2 hr long so it can handle that

I have no Idea what used prices are like where you live. I picked up an 8700 and 1070 rog strix for $395 usd. That shits all over a 9400f and a 1660 ti for $425 USD +tax and shipping.

the combination you suggest(8700+1070) is overprice for my budget so can't go with it

These are used prices I paid. Not new retail. If this is an option for you its worth exploring. Either way I think the integrated Intel graphics could offer a significant bump in performance for you. You should look into it.

Yeah it's probably a bit of an outlier. This is I how I make money flipping used PC's. I'm pretty good at finding deals on PC parts. Did I mention the 5.2ghz capable binned 9900k i bought for $360? Okay I'll stop bragging like a dick now......LOL

It was part of a system I bought so I did some napkin math to arrive at that $ number in my inventory. Still, it was a fantastic deal. I just wish the temps didn't skyrocket over 5ghz. It runs super cool at 5 ghz though which is a triumph in itself for a 9900k.  Any who...Back to our scheduled programming.
