only need it to play super streetfighter 4 arcade edition & king of fighters want it to be as cheap as possible will an AMD APU run these games 1080P 60 frames medium settings i don't have a set budget 

 

don't need an OS

don't need an HDD

don't need a optical drive

Wait how do you not need a hdd? Where will you store you games? Also give us some more info so we can help!

dude i have an HDD i can use my OEM windows 7 i have plenty of optical drives im fine i only need it to play those games at our local events instead of taking my Fractal case which is heavy
