Need recommendations for software managing deadlines.

Hi,

 

I am hoping the community can provide some help.  I got a notice that our current project management tool, Reesio, is closing down on the 20th.  

We work in real estate and typically have 20-30 separate transactions we are handling at a time.   I am looking for a new tool to manage our deadlines.  I have been looking at several packages that are geared specifically for real estate (brivety/skyslope) but most of these have a bunch of expensive add-ons that we don't need required with purchase.  I was hoping to find a non-real estate project management app that would work for us but still be pretty basic and inexpensive.  Hopefully something that would allow load in templates and base deadlines off a start and finish date.

I like Trello for simple stuff, really easy to use and very flexible.

Thank you for the input and suggestion.  I did check out Trello but it didn't quite fit our vision in my department.  I ended up finding Smart sheets.  It hit all my bullet points and was easy to transition our business to.  We also use slack for interoffice communication and smart sheets integrates with Slack so it was win/win with little compromise.

Stormboard is another fun tool that is worth looking into.
