Yeah it's normal.

The drive has been running for 42801 hours, that's 5 years, and the power on count is only 80, so it was running constantly

 

the drive doesn't show that anything is wrong with it, but don't trust it with your personal data, in fact don't trust any drive with your personal data

That's a really small picture, but does it have 42000 hours and power on count 80? That would mean it was used on a server. 42k hours is close to 5 years.

yeah i just counted that and think im just using it for files and films, i will use SSD on the rest of my stuff tbh. but thanks for the advise i will keep my personal data away

i can get it lower maybe just say its used for 5 years maybe the price is gonna lower a bit (hope so)

So you haven't bought the drive yet? I wouldn't pay more than 10€ for it. It's been running 24/7 for 5 years and that's a lot.

i dont know if i can get it that low tbh, maybe like 20euro (different in currency is kinda a lot)
