The CPU, GPU and Memories still have good resell value, you can get 70%.

HDD / SSD, Monitor, Cooler 50% at best.

PSU, Case, Keyboards 30%.

Windows : 0%

 

Selling it as a whole : 50%

The prices listed here are very over priced for several items such as the Motherboard and GPU.

 

That said, I would probably personally pay no more than $1000-1200 for the system if I were to buy it today 2nd hand.

Somewhere around $1250 I think would be fair if it's set up ready to go including the monitor & peripherals.

CPU = $300
Cooler = $75
Motherboard = $100
RAM = $100 (I know yours is pretty flashy 4266MHz memory that you probably paid a lot for when it was new, but for 99% of people that really won't make any difference)
250GB SSD = $25
GTX 1070 = $250
Case = $50
PSU = $50
Display = $150
Keyboard = $50

Total = $1150

(really rough guestimate prices)

If someone were to try and build themselves a similar performing PC with new parts, they'd be looking at around the $1500 price range... So if you're selling yours used you would need to be lower than this to really make sense.
