HWMonitor vs HWiNFO64 in regards to CPU Temps

So I have these two programs to monitor CPU temps and all kinds of other things. But I been noticing that the CPU temps are showing much higher in HWiNFO64 then HWMonitor. Which one of those two gives me accurate results?

HWMonitor is showing idle temps around the 20c marks. But HWiNFO64 is showing temps around the 30c marks. Which one is which?

If you're idling at 20c, you have a very cool ambient environment the PC is located in, like 15c or lower. I would say that info64 is more accurate here.

So HWiNFO64 is more accurate. I never see that one go around the 20c marks. HWiNFO64 always shows anything around the 30c in idle temps. Which is why I'm asking which program to heavily rely on.

I was excited seeing these temps in HWMonitor until what I saw in HWiNFO64

Get rid of HWMonitor and use HWInfo64.

With the CPU Cooler I'm using and using two Noctua Chromax fans. I have them running at full speed. and ran Cinebench 20. I noticed one of the cores and the CPU package temps going up to 82c. That kind of concerns me.

the 9900k isnt exactly the coolest chip on the market. Also, if you have the voltages left to stock, motherboards tend to over volt the CPU when left to auto causing wild swings and temps that you wouldnt think should happen.

Need to know voltages. If you got auto-OC going on, CPU will draw more voltages than it really needs. Hence high temps.
