Found the connector, it's a Verifone connector for the Verifone VX805 (or other products for Verifone), which is a credit card machine

what is this connector?

First one: That's the northbridge

 

 

Second: some proprietary connector I would guess

Counted the pins and the RJ45 was the clue to solve that
